Our agency delivers customized services for professional buyers such as travelagents, touroperators, eventmakers and HR departments.
Budapestagency has created amazing memories for our clients in Budapest (and the CEE region) for more than 14 years and we provide a mix of the typical must-do´s in the region as well as those tailored and bespoken travel entertainment programs you did not think about.
We organise high-quality tours, with travel elements carefully chosen and organized by local experts, from arriving to your destination untill leaving with a smile some days later.
Please note we only work with groups of minimum 12 pax or more. During the covid season 2020-2021 we have continued to give magical advices and experiences as well as assisted with co-flight/evaque charter flights from Slovakia and Hungary for 400+ people.

We are not your typical DMC/travelagency. Our travelproducers has the experience and passion to help you create a stay where memories are lasting. We belive an effective travel / event is rooted within a misson and that it should bring you forward.
We join forces with the most bespoke and reliable contractors in the region and we have closed down UNESCO world hertiage venues as well as created own streetfestivals for our clients. We have done embassy events and sumptuous dinners in 5 star ballrooms.
- But just as important we often try to introduce our guest to the local culture and history, because in our experience not all five star travel memories needs gold wrapping and Milton Brown soap.
We are well aware of our social, cultural and environmental responsibility in respect of our destinations, meaning high focus on sustainable tourism before, during and after the event.

With more than 14 years experience we have seen all kinds and more important we have learned how to meet expections without blowing the budget.
If you share with us your requirements, we will give you an unbinding suggestion how we would solve it.
We support the thought of everybody getting around to see the world and taste new things, but our capacity has its limits. Due to this we do NOT offer programs for stag- or hentrips. We do however totally reccomend you to go on a stag- or hentrip, e.g. to Poland, Greenland or maybe Cape Verde.
We believe our clients are unique, thus we do not have any pre made itineraries and fixed templates you have to follow. Tell us what you have in mind for your group and we will make it happen. Dont know what you want? Challange us and we will create a pitch!
